General terms and conditions
In general, the AGBH 2006 (General terms and conditions for hotels in Austria)
as the basis of our terms and conditions.
In particular, the following should be noted:
- Bookings are only binding in writing or by e-mail and after receipt of the booking confirmation.
- Compensation claims only after a binding booking and a deposit that we have received.
- There are claims for the unused arrangement: Apartment without meals: 100% of the booking value.
- Cancellation: Cancellations and changes made up to 90 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellation: Cancellations and changes that are made late, as well as no-show or early departure, will be charged with the total amount.
- To protect yourself against these risks and much more, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
